I am a dedicated and passionate doctor of physical therapy specializing in pelvic floor disorders including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual health, and pregnancy related issues. My sub-specialty, and second love in life is running, and the treatment of runners with pelvic floor dysfunction. I earned my doctorate degree in 2008, and I have accumulated diverse clinical experience since including 3-D motion analysis lab work, outpatient private practice, hospital based out patient rehabilitation, and healthcare business consulting. I am certified as an advanced pelvic floor practitioner (CAPP-PF) by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Institute (PRPC). I am also a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and RRCA Certified Running Coach I Am Available For: Expert consulting to medical brands, devices, and health care businesses. Creative consulting and product development. Educational video creation. Writing and teaching continuing education courses for physical therapists on pelvic health and running topics. Copy writing, editing, and article writing across all media. Planning and implementing new pelvic program startup- in new and pre-existing physical therapy clinics and health care systems across all settings. Public speaking and conference presence.
